How can I change a product on my order?

    Once you have  placed your order it cannot be adjusted. We suggest that you thoroughly review your order before continuing the payment.

How can I track my order?

    You will receive a shipping notification email that will notify you of the carrier we've used to ship your order.

What do I do if my tracking status says "delivered" but I haven't received my package?

    Once your order is placed, you will receive a tacking number. You may contact us and we will review your order to insure there or no issue. In the event there is no issue,we suggest you contact the carrier USPS (United States Postal Service) give them your tracking number and let them know you didn't receive your package.

Do you charge sales tax?

    Yes, We are operated out of Louisiana and sales tax is 9%.
